(Closed) Laryngitis!

honey/maple syrup and warm lemon juice with warm water… make a tea with it!  It soothes and coats your throat and helps you heal quickly (add a bit of cayenne if you can habdle it!)  I had laryngitis a week before a major performance in university, and the naturopath recommended it, it works WONDERS!! Just keep drinking it for a day, and by the next day you will already feel a million times better!!!  The cayenne is tough to swallow, but helps kill the bacteria that causes laryngitis.  Drink and gargle this AS MUCH as you can in a day!! goodluck!
