Ugh! I wrote a detailed post and the connection timed out.

The TL;DR version is where I suggest either Rehab at the Hard Rock, or if you want to stay right on the Strip, Liquid at the Aria. I’m less familiar with the Palazzo parties, but I do know that Rehab is a big daytime party that’s not TOO crazy.

Have fun! FH and I got engaged in Vegas, and we go back a few times a year.

Drais at Cromwell is the hot adult pool club at the moment. Palazzo shares a pool with Venetian, it is pretty and you can always hit up Tao Beach Club. Ladies can wear pasties. Bare at Mirage is topless, most do not though. It is a chill adult pool. Better suited to relax. Hard Rock is slightly off Strip but is know for its pool scene although it is not as popular as it used to be. You would really like Marquee Pool at Cosmopolitan.  Actually Cosmopolitan might really be perfect for the vibe you want. The 3 story Bungalows are perfect for the bachlorette party but only have one bed. Hakassan and Omnia are popular clubs right now.

I would recommend MGM Grand or Wynn/Encore if you want to do the day club.

Wet Republic at MGM Grand can get a bit “messy” later in the afternoon as people tend to get pretty drunk – but it is one of the biggest day clubs in Las Vegas. I just got back from a girl’s trip a few weeks ago and we saw Calvin Harris there.

Encore Beach Club is a good one too.The Cosmopolitan has the Marquee Day club, which I’ve never been to but the night club isn’t as big as it used to be. It’s still a really nice club and has an amazing view of the strip.

As far as night clubs, Omnia (at Ceasar’s Palace), Light (at Mandalay Bay), Tryst (at Wynn), Surrender (at Encore), Hakkassan (at MGM Grand) and Tao (Venitian) would be the ones I reccommend.

Oh, and don’t go to Drais Afterhours club. Ugh, it was so skeevy. I hear their day club and night club is nice, but I cannot attest to that.

I live in Southern California, so Vegas was like an extension of my backyard for a few college years. Haha.

MGM was fun…my friend had her bach there and it was AWESOME DRUNK FUN. Great clubs (even though I hate that lol) and their pool parties are crazy .

The Cosmopolitan is a great hotel for a bachelorette party. Centrally located, girly chandelier bar, and great pools. Even though our cabana started on fire during my bachelortte. Ha.

theatrejulia:  Haha! I’m glad we made it out! technically our cabana did not start on fire – we were on the safe end – but we did have to grab our stuff and run! What an experience.

Yayyy for Vegas!!! My favorite place…hence where I’ll be going for my bachelorette next year!!! I’ve stayed at the Cosmopolitan for a bachelorette and it was amazing. I’ve also heard great things about ARIA. But you definitely can’t go wrong with Venetian or Palazzo (sister hotels). I stayed at the Venetian and it was amazing as well. I wouldn’t limit your stay to pool parties, etc, because you will likely venture outside of the hotel for other festivites…only downside is there could possibly be a cover (i.e, Rehab). Anyway, you can’t go wrong either way. HAVE A BLAST!

I’ve been to Vegas many times from living in LA. I’ve enjoyed my stays at Cosmo, Venetian/Palazzo (can cram 4 girls in the room) Aria/Vdara (Can also cram 3-4 girls in a room comfortably), MGM Signature, Encore, and most recently at the Cromwell (I got a free upgrade so I got lucky). I have to say the Cromwell was the cheapest without sacrificing for quality AND probably THE most central. PLUS you can SKIP the line for Drai’s which is one of the hottest clubs ;). I’ve also heard that Cosmo has comped tables for Marquee for bachelorette before, so try your best?

I would probably just pick the cheapest one out of those at the time.

Bellagio was underwhelming and overpriced, PH and Hardrock are not bad options either if you’re on a budget, although Hardrock is a bit out of the way but there’s Rehab (which I’ve never gone)

For pool parties I’ve gone to Surrender, Encore Beach Club & Marquee Day club and those were fun! I haven’t gone to the new Drai’s but I’m sure that’ sounds awesome!

I did not like Tao Beachclub. it was tiny and nasty.

seejanebee:  The palm trees around the pool are fake. In fact, they are made of a plastic foam. Somehow (probably from someone ashing a cigarette off a balcony), one caught fire and the whole place went up in flames rather quickly.  It was crazy and sucked.  They reopened the pool the next day. This was at the chill pool, not the party pool.

seejanebee:  Drais is on the roof of the Cromwell, they used to be in the basement. It was known to be an after hours to go once the clubs dies down about 2am. Now they have a dayclub, then clear out for the afterhours that opens at midnight but really starts about 2/3 am. The after hours crowd is rowdy, raunchy. Ecellent people watching at the blackjack tables on the main floor though. I recommend the day but unless you like the crazies the afterhours might not be the right enviroment.

The Cosmo fire happened because of a ciggerette and fake palm trees catching fire. No one was arrested. Now they are not allowed to have fake trees
