My Fiance and I are getting married on the 19th September 2011 at the Planet Hollywood, we are only going with immediate family and a couple of friends, 14 of us in total. I would like a nice reception probably don’t need dancing as it is such as small group, any ideas would be great as we are in London and don’t really have an idea of the best places Vegas has to offer.
Look forward to hearing about your ideas and experiences.

I am also getting married at the Planet Hollywood in Vegas…September 24, 2011! Congrats! If you’ve already booked a package the coordinators there are great to work with. Erin Gilday is the coordinator I’ve been working with and she is amazing!
Our reception is actually going to be back in our suite. We got the package with the 180 degree view of the strip: Panorama Suite (2 bedroom) we are expecting around 70 people which is quickly turning into more like 80-100.
At PH there is an area called the Heart Bar which they can do your reception at…to include light hors du o’vres and drinks for 2 hours. It’s right in the “heart” of the casino, it’s a great option!
There are plenty of restaurants in the miracle miles shopping area to accomodate your reception as well.
Hope that helps! Good luck!

Congratulations on your big day!
We have also got the panorama suite in our package, did you pick the twilight package too?
We also have Erin and I agree she is so helpful, I cant wait to meet her.
We thought about having the reception in our room but thought because we are such a small group that it would be better to have a dinner somewhere.
I am def going to check out the Heart Bar, thanks for the info.

We got the Princess Bride package. WIth such a large group of people we are saving costs by having it back in our room plus food and alcohol is included in the package for 30 people and we just need to add more.
Like you, I can’t wait to meet Erin 🙂
I hope your planning is going great! Viva Las Vegas!
