I had them on for several months and absolutely loved them.  I’ll be getting them again soon for my sisters wedding.  You can get the lash in all different lengths, widths and even some that have more of a curl than others.  One fake lash is glued to each individual lash.  Your natural lashes shed about every 4-5 weeks so you won’t lose the lash extension until you shed that lash.  The person applying the lashes knows to only apply to “new” lashes and not those that are about to shed.  If you want to keep the lashes you’ll need to get them filled every 3-4 weeks.  Some people can go longer between fills and some need it sooner.

I’d say it’s worth a try!  My favorite part about having them was that I didn’t need any mascara!  You can use mascara but it’s totally not needed.  The lashes are black in color and thicker than a natural lash so it looks like you’re wearing mascara 24/7.

Well the results are in… I HATED them. I removed them like 6 hours later. It burned a bit when she was installing them but that went away throughout the afternoon, but when I went home that night I noticed my eyes were really red (scary scary bright red) so I put in some Visine drops and I nearly screamed in pain… Some bad mixing of the glue and Visine or something just made it burn like hell. So then I decided they had to go… I steamed them and rubbed with olive oil and got most of them out, and then I used an eyelash curler (supposed to break the glue bonds) and got rid of almost all of them. I trimmed the remainders and just let them run their course for a couple more days until the showering and face washing and eye curling made them come loose. Luckily none of my own eyelashes were harmed, or at least not any noticeable amount. My eyes were itchy and red and burning the entire time I had them in. The last one came off this morning and my eyes are finally back to normal.

If you are gonna try it, definitely do a trial a couple months ahead in case you get a reaction like me…

a friend of mine does them and did a few outer lash extensions for me for free.

I loved the look of them but did not care for the feel of them. If you like to rub your eyes from time to time, whether you know you do this or not, you will soon be very aware of your last extensions.
