I drank a TON of water and took extra vitamin C.  My skin was glowing, and I usually have moderate acne.

Try to avoid salt as much as you can–excess sodium causes water retention. Lots of fiber and cruciferous veggies (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, collard greens) will also cause bloating.

Avoid messing with your face. No picking, hard scrubbing, etc., just gentle exfoliation and maybe a moisture mask.
