    Hi. I live in England and no we don’t have a William Sonoma, although pottery barn now ship some items to england, but the shipping costs are steep. You could look at a couple of our stores online (and buy gift vouchers!!). My suggestions for what they’re worth.

    Selfridges, Habitat, House of Fraser, John Lewis.

    I say go with the cash, because that way you know they’ll enjoy it, or use it exactly the way they want to, instead of schlepping between stores to try and find something.

    I voted for cash. I know it’s not as personal, but it seems like the best option considering the circumstances.
