To Angus (our newly adopted 4 year old): “What are you doing sitting there, silly boy?”

(then, I addressed Seamus because I don’t want him to feel left out or ignored since we have a new dog)

To Seamus “Seamy, you’re a good boy, I love you!”

“Bye bye bubbas, love you guys. Mummy will be home this arvo.”

This was to my two birds who HATE being locked in their cage so were squawking very loudly at me.

Are you going to let me lay down? I said this to one of my dogs and one of my cats. They’re hogs!

“Just wait for the fox to get out of the yard so he doesn’t eat you”

As he cries at the door because he wants to go out and pee.
Gizmo is a 12 pound pom, that thinks he’s 80 pounds, he likes to bark at the foxes that are 3x his size, Fiance is at work, I usually make him take him outside at night, I’m always scared I’ll have to kick a fox or something if they come near my dog.

“Stop stealing my blanket!!” One of my dogs LOVES to be under any blanket, and since I’m sick curled up on the couch, he wanted some blanket. Usually if I know he wants under, I say “Okay, go under” and pick up a corner. But he tried to help himself and pulled a lot of it off of me.

“Sorry Bears, you can’t keep holding it, it’s still going to be winter when you wake up tomorrow”

My dog is being bratty because she doesn’t like having to go outside in the winter to do her buisness. She has to be coaxed out the door, and then she looks at me with sad eyes, as if to say “Really?” then asks me to pick her up!

hahaha

To my dog, Ashleigh:

“Go eat your damn nummies!!”

She was scratching the floor around her bowl and making pathetic noises, and then I fed her and she didn’t bother to eat it.

Maybe I’ll go get the cat, she always eats her nummies when the cat is nearby (the cat would never eat her food, but she thinks she will and scarfs it down to protect it lol)

ETA: LOL totally worked

@ishafortin:  My dog is like this too. He will poop on our walkway if you don’t yank him onto the grass.. and if he has to walk on the grass he sighs really loudly at you.
