(Closed) Lat pulldowns–expert advice needed.

In front. Doing it behind the head can cause shoulder injury. Lean back a little when you do them (i.e. dont sit straight at a 90 degree angle).

I’m not exactly an expert but I took a weight training class in college and this is what the trainer told me.
