To all the late June and early July Bees,
How are you all doing with your last minute details? Have you gotten all your RSVPs back? Any major surprises or headaches? Have you had a bridal shower or bachelorette party yet?
We finally got our RSVPs back after having to track down a few stragglers. Our seating chart is almost done and I’m finishing up the placecards. I’ve just about finished my bridemaids’ gift bags but Fiance still has to get his guys gifts. Had a wonderful time at my bridal shower last weekend. Getting our marriage license on the 15th. I think at this point, all the rest of the stuff is getting turned over to the wedding planners.
I must confess that I am ready for all this wedding stuff to be over. I’m just looking forward to the ceremony and the party now! Our honeymoon is booked and I can almost feel the Hawaiian sand between my toes.

I still have to hear back from about 50% of our guests, though our deadline isnt until June 25th. Annoying for sure, its not THAT hard to send back an rsvp.
I need to do my table # display, write guest names for tables, finish my DIY signs, ribbonize my candy bar/dessert bar, and tons more. Ugh, so much to do!

I haven’t felt stressed at all until lately… still need lots of RSVPs back- they still have until June 16th before they get a phone call. But the fun part is people deciding they have a plus one, when they do not and others just assuming that they can come. FI’s family put me in such an awkward position this weekend at BBQs.
I still have so much to do but focusing on programs and music to get those sent to be mad. I don’t have time for all of this I feel like. lol I’m ready for the day to come, be married and be on my merry way to the Bahamas. 🙂

I’m glad to hear I’m not the only bee who is just ready for the honeymoon and all the planning to be over! I was starting to feel like there was something wrong with feeling that way. I spent the whole day yesterday doing wedding stuff and I’m just over it! Bring on the pretty dress, the party, and the honeymoon. Oh and being able to call Fiance my HUSBAND. I’m most looking forward to that one.

- Wedding: July 2012 - Baltimore Museum of Industry
Just got our license today, so I’m all set!
That said, we still need to finalize: DJ, desert, rings, mini-moon, dances and tuxes, but I have all I NEED- groom, officiant, and the piece of paper. Programs are gravy at this point! 🙂

Oh I feel you ! I am SO over it – although here I am on the bee again 😉 I just cannot wait until next weekend when we jump on that plane. I think I’m gona cry. Argh getting emotional just thinking about it. It is FREEZING cold here today and we’re travelling to Istanbul and then going on a 7 day cruise through the Aegean Sea before we tie the knot is Santorini and then our honeymoon in Malaysia and reception back home a few weeks later. SO much to look forward to and I’m good to go !!!

Things are mostly coming together, but I am a basketcase.

Things are mostly going well. Just got back from my bachelorette in Vegas this past weekend and had my shower in early May. We have most of the RSVPs back, and are following up with the stragglers. We took off a day a couple weeks ago to do our engagement photos and get our marriage license. The only snafu so far is with my custom wedding band. We went to pick it up a week ago and it was not even close to what I had imagined. The engraving/wheating was horrible. Fingers crossed, it is going back to be re-engraved with a pattern that more closely matches my e-ring. We have dancing lessons tomorrow and my first dress fitting on Wed. I have a feeling the next few weeks are going to fly by!
@MrsPaulsBabyBallerina: I am also looking forward to it all being over. I keep saying I am looking forward to July 7…the day after the wedding. 🙂 I know it will be fun, but I am ready for all the stress and to-do’s to be over.
