We’re having a rustic outdoor wedding and I’ve been planning a late night snack of a s’mores bar, but after realizing that most men/older men don’t like s’mores (at least in my social circle) we decided to add hot dogs to the mix! We’ll be starting a fire around 9:15 pm and offering s’mores fixin’s and hot dogs with buns and toppings.
Any tips/ideas on how to best make this work? Ideas for affordable roasters/sticks? Way to serve them??
Any ideas would be awesome!

Tell anyone that if they don’t like s’mores they are unAmerican and they can just leave! haha jk!
I think that for hot dogs like this, it would be best to cook them ahead of time (maybe try a crock pot recipe) and that way all the guest has to do is brown the outside, and it will be as quick as a s’more.

Two of my favorite foods. This pretty much sounds amazing!

@Bunny82: HAHAHAAa! Not liking smores is unpatriotic!
I agree with PP suggestion of cooking them beforehand.
Are you thinking of setting up a little buffet station with bread, and all the toppings?
I think I might copy your idea and include veggie dogs for myself !! 🙂
