I’m wondering if anyone has any fun ideas for a late night menu? We’ve decided to DIY the late night food and I’m stuck on some simple ideas that we can easily set up without too much fuss. Our venue is a barn so we’re trying to keep everything casual. Our dinner menu is a big roast, corn on the cob and salads. Pie and wedding cake for dessert. We’ll be serving a candy buffet at the ceremony and ice cream following the ceremony. Possibly s’mores at some point too.
I realize we already have tons of food but with everyone drinking we’d really like to serve something around midnight. Just has to be something that won’t take me away from the dance floor too long to set up. Love to hear what others are doing:)
A few ideas we’ve thrown around….
– cookie bar (but we are already giving out cookies for favours)
– chilli bar (I would have 4-5 slow cookers out with different chilis – people can self serve and cheese and buns)
– trays with meat, buns, cheese

Pulled pork and buns. Can be made ahead and reheated in slow cookers.

Sliders! Or maybe a Mac and cheese bar? I also like your ideas and the suggestions made by PP.

What about donots? I love donuts!

Someone beat me to it, I also vote for mini sliders (like mentioned above) and/or french fries!!!! Maybe if you can fit it into your budget have a burger truck stop by to serve everyone 🙂

I like the crockpot idea, but maybe do a couple options instead of different chilis.
Meatballs in one, chili in another and mandarin chicken cubes in another? etc.

We’re doing s’mores! If you can have a fire pit, you could do hotdogs & s’mores!

Pizza! You could have it delivered so you don’t really have to DIY anything.
