We plan to have a late night table but aren’t sure what exactly we should offer. Do people prefer more sweet or savoury foods late at night? I don’t have a lot of experience seeing what is popular at a late night table and don’t want to order things no one will eat! Here are some options we were thinking:
Fried rice and bbq pork
Beef BBQ Skewers
What would you add to or remove from this list??

I’m a huge fan of late night pizza, plus all the stuff you have listed sounds yummy.

late night I love pizza and onion rings, but I would be having a hard time keeping my hands off everything you mentioned so I think you’re good.

We did a midnight buffet, and I can tell you the greasy stuff was the most popular…some of the things that were the biggest hits were cheeseburger sliders, quesadillas, and fries….basically all the crap people eat after the bar 😛
We had fruit, and healthier options and they were barely touched.
I’d definitely keep the spring rolls and the bbq pork…I would seriously consider adding something with cheese (pizzas, poutine, cheeseburger sliders, etc).

Pizza, potato wedges and chicken strips with dips.

I crave greasy/unhealthy food after a night of drinking and dancing-fries, onion rings, etc

Junk food for sure. Popcorn, pizza, desserts, crackers and cheese. Chips and queso. MMMM.

We are having a back yard reception, and I’m thinking for our guests that stay later, we’ll do s’mores and whatever is left over from dinner to snack on. But I love s’mores and I think its the perfect late night treat.
But I love your ideas. I think whatever you offer people are going to love. Late night snacks are delicious especially after all the dancing and drinking and having fun that happens at weddings.

MMM! I’d eat all that stuff, except maybe flan. That might be a little weird after a night of drinking.

@Pink Asawa: i would remove flan and butter tarts. I’d add flavored popcorn –like turtle, white chocolate, white cheddar, and/or chocolate drizzle.
