My fiance and I have to hit a minimum dollar amount at our reception site, and even with the stationary and passed hors d’oeuvres, plated dinner, dessert, and open bar, we likely STILL won’t hit the minimum. So we were thinking of serving some late night snacky foods. Does anyone have any suggestions for late night food? Our thoughts so far were sliders and mini bruschettas (the place can’t do pizza due to the lack of a proper oven for cooking pizza).

I’ve seen some weddings with late night french fry bars, and I thought those looked amazing.

Love the idea of burgers and fries — but what about some kind of naughty sweet? Like mini DONUTS or donut holes!

Why not a late night dessert table? I just went to a wedding and the last thing they did was put out a table full of yummy treats (like ice cream) and it was the perfect ending!

Um-yum to all of the above! I always crave any kind of carb after dancing all night!

I went to a wedding where they had a cereal table ! Think of all the people who have a bowl of cereal as a snack in the evening. They had glass jars of dry cereals, dried fruits and nuts and jugs of various milks(skim, 2%, whole etc.). It was delicious and much lighter than some of the other more traditional items.
