What time do you think it would be best to have our late night snacks served. We are offering Mini Burger Sliders, Mini Hot Dog Sliders, Poutine, and Grilled Cheese. We will also be having a self serve grooms cake that we be available when the other food will be brought out. Dinner will be served at 5:45-6:00pm and the reception will be over a 1am.
Suggestions? I dont want it too be too close to dinner so that people are full, but i dont want everyone to get hammered on the open bar because they dont have anything to eat. There will also be a candy bar that people can snack on before the late night stuff.

I think like 10pm or 1030 would work!

@sweetpeony: What time are you cutting/serving the cake?
If cake is coming right after dinner, then I’d say somewhere around 9/9:30.
If you are doing cake later, then you could do 10:30/11ish.

Pretty sure we served our late lunch around 11 and had dinner around 6:30.

Our dinner is being served @ 7, I’m having pizza brought out for everyone around 10-10:30.. 3 hours is a long time when it’s an open bar.. even if people aren’t hungry because dinner was only 3 hours before, they will be drunk and want to munch!
