And all he did was sit there.
Seiously. I go to see him and his dresses and he sits at the computer, doesn’t mingle or comment or anything. Why should I spend all that money? I expected him to be insightful and whatnot.
Such a disappointment.
Ok I’m done.

Really? Other people have posted that he was more interactive. Why did he even bother showing up? The salon must have been pissed!

thats pretty rude. since you know you are the one keeping him in business.

That stinks! I went to a martina liana trunk show and she elped me every step of the way. She waited for me to try on each dress and discussed what I liked and didn’t, then when I found the one she helped pick a veil and jewelry for me and posed for pics. Thats how it should have been. Sorry you had a bad experience

Is it the norm for dress designers to be at the trunk shows?

Maybe it was the end of a long series of shows and he was maxed out? Orvmaybe he was jet lagged?

I don’t know the reason, but I was there at 11 and the place opened at 10. I’m glad I didn’t have my heart set on one of his gowns because then I’d be devastated.
on a bright note, i fit into a runway dress. talk about feeling skinny. ha
@jagboo33: thats so great about martina liana! she has great dresses.
