All those words she texted you were to get a response from you. Also, since you aren’t living together, she’s got a lot of time to make up stories about who you are and what your relationship is because you aren’t together showing her otherwise. She has a story going in her head and she’s running it on repeat and when she speaks to you, she’s playing out the story.

However, if your wife is an asshole, it doesn’t matter what’s she’s saying or doing or why. You need to get out of that marriage.

lover27 :

The last time you paid us a visit, you had an attorney and were supposedly moving toward divorce.  How did that get derailed?

No other alternative makes any kind of sense, Bee.

What kind of treatment are you getting for your mental health struggles?

Let’s take the focus off of your wife and her behavior, which we cannot possibly interpret or control. What are you going to do about this situation?

There are none so blind as those who will not see. That’s you, OP.

This reminds me of a disastrous 90day fiance NOT happily ever after. Cut the damn cord already.

lover27 :  The thing is you’re NOT stupid. You’re addicted to this woman and your addiction won’t let you see reality.

lover27 :  I can 100% percent guarantee she is bluffing. So tomorrow will be the first buisness day that she said she will contact a lawyer….see what she does. She is talking alot shit. How is going to pay for half of a lawyer???? Guess how, with your money. She knows she needs your money that’s why she said she didn’t. No women that isn’t spoiled would even say that.

And fyi if she “does contact a lawyer” tell her you want all the info. Bet she won’t come up with any. Or she will stall.

lover27 :  Not if she want’s to live. Remember she doesn’t need your money. So everything she has is going to have to go to bill’s. wink

lover27 :

What made you quit therapy?

The purpose is not to see changes in your wife’s behavior.

You cannot control anything that she does.  Until you are truly ready to accept that, we can’t help you.

There is plenty of information available about relationship addiction; it’s definitely a thing. You will find it when you’re ready.

Out of pure curiosity, what are these past mistakes of yours she’s continually bringing up?
