@vintage2010:  Yep, I have leaks when I sneeze, laugh, cough, etc. I’ve been just using pantyliners or thin pads. Be sure to do kegals..they say that helps!!!  Haven’t had the sore boobs since the 1st trimester and I don’t think I had sharp pains, more like a heavy ache. How far along are you?

I told Darling Husband last night that I should buy stock in pantyliners. I can’t leave the house without one or I need to turn around and change. I can’t sneeze, and I have terrible allergies, without leaking. I swear I could just empty my bladder and still leak 2 minutes later.

Are your boobs growing? I went up a few cup sizes and they were really sore then. They are fine now, just heavy.

I wish mine was just leakage!  Don’t feel bad, I practically pee myself if I sneeze!  Gross I know, but I can’t help it!  Thank goodness I’m staying at home with my son, or I’d have to bring extra clothes to work & wear depends! lol

All of this is totally normal (unfortunately) with pregnancy.

Have you ever tried cloth pantyliners? There are lots of sellers on Etsy and they are so nice, thin, soft and comfortable!
