Im not – although I think good on you to those who are!

I would have considered it but he has been saying for some time that he is the one who wants to propose and I am more htan happy for him to!

Put up a picture of your pottery if you get the chance!

I would like to think that I wouldn’t do it. It just doesn’t seem lady like.  But if the SO hadn’t proposed by next leap year, then I’ll be dragging him to the altar, forget asking!

Nope, would’nt do it. Now I have gotten close to wanting to do it and even told my SO. After which he told me that it would deeply bruise his pride and take away his planning our engagement glory, lol. So I’m back to waiting patiently.

SO said he would say no because he’s not ready – so no, if I thought he might say yes next leap year then maybe

Your idea is adorable! I had no idea about the postcards–I hope you post pictures of the pottery for us. I thought about it and had begun planning with some gf’s but we have a ring now and so I’m trying to be patient since clearly he is planning on doing it (soon I hope). I’ve read a few bees who are planning on proposing tomorrow and I cannot wait to hear their stories when I come to work on Thursday!

i love your idea! i am proposing tomorrow and i am a nervous wreck right now. i can’t focus on anything and I should be working on some research.  I have all the suplies ready for tomorrow and now I just have to bake and do it. it is terrifying and exciting at the same time.

i will give you all details on Thursday.

@SillyStacey:  I think I might do what you’re doing. It’s our only traditional chance after all! I am guessing he won’t take me seriously, not least because I don’t have/he doesn’t want a ring (and I STILL want MY ring, damn it), but we’ll see. He did ask today if I’d propose tomorrow. Mind you, when I think about it, I think I may pee myself a little and then chicken out.

Can’t wait to hear how it goes for you!

@missjenners. Aw, congrats!  @Sillystacey.  Good luck!! //  I wouldn’t do it since our relationship is traditional in the sense that he is the manly man and I’m the girly girl.  Plus, I want my ring!  lol  I think it’s a sweet idea, though.  I was telling my Boyfriend or Best Friend about this tradition and asked me why I’m not participating.  Yeah….suureee….  He’s such a tease!
