(Closed) LED for paper lanterns

Be careful with the LED’s. The “white” ones actually cast a bluish/purplish light which is not very nice unless purple or blue are your colors. The ones that actually produce a true white light are more expensive.

I ordered “soft white” LED lights online, not expensive at all, BUT, we made them 2 days in advance w/o a on and off switch & they faded badly, basically they were non- exsistent & overall a waste of money since they faded. I was bummed b/c everything I read said they would be pretty well lit for at least 72 hours up to one week, but not in my case.

However, they did look great when we first made them, so I think they do work well, you just need to make an on & off switch.
