Gatorade. 

Take a the supplement “mincol” too! Honestly, theres probably somehting off set in your body that is preventing you from “picking” up potassium

I have been working with a naturopath to help my leg cramping….night time is the worst ever.

Have you tried Tonic Water? My Mom’s doc recommended this to her for nighttime leg cramps & she says it works & now my husband is hooked too.
