The hair grows in cycles which is why some of it is long and other parts are just breaking the surface.  They are hairs from different cycles.  I think most people have three different cycles of growth.

I’d get it waxed again and see how it turns out but know it often takes some time and multiple (properly timed) waxing sessions to get all the hair from each cycle.  Then you have to continue to properly time the sessions to keep each cycle in check.

just wax them before the wedding, if you go to someone who knows what theyre doing it will turn out great.

I am a cosmo (on hair stylist though) myself, and work with an estetician who did my waxing. I did mine a week ago and will wax mine again a day before the wedding. They should have left any hair on your legs except for the small (stubble) which is normal for your first time waxing…but even after you wax for your first time your legs should feel silky smooth. I would reccommend going to ULTA, that is where I work and the waxer there is a trained pro who knows what he or she is doing…Ulta would not hire someone who doesnt. (or atleast in my experience they dont)

    sorry girl good luck!

oh by the way even if it doesnt workout this time again you can always shave…so i think you should at least try it
