So after I am off pills, I lost about 6 lbs in one month and I start what I eat and start drinking vi-shake as replacement meal at night..
Then I also start drinking lemon water and skip cream & sugar in my coffee in the morning. After I start doing that, I think I lost 3-4lbs? I didn’t know lemon water help reducing weight until this morning I am curious and google.
I’m 5’5 and last summer… no matter how hard I try, I weight from 135 – 139.(I felt like crying as I never reach that range ever in my life)
Then lately, I notice I stuck between 128 to 131 (depends how I cheat on the weekend). But I feel that my body is not as bloat as before. So I start to trace back what I have been doing in the past two months. I think it has to do with the amount of water I drink at work.. each morning, I will put 2-3 slide of lemon in my mug and just filling with hot water as soon as I finish one mug. I would say I drink 5 – 8 mug of lemon water during my 8 hours of work.
I thought I would share with all the bride who also try to lose weight before the big day. Oh, I cut out most sugar and salty food as well. And I found portioning what I eat help too. I will get a small bowl and eat slowly, and will stop eating once I finish my second bowl. It really help because that way I know what I am eating.
