BodyCombat is great.  As is Body Jam 😀  Do you also have access to Body Balance?  it’s great for toning and building your upper body strength.  I’m just about to try Sh’Bam and see how that goes.


I think if you want to really just go hard then you should do BodyCombat and BodyAttack, and then some BodyBalance to build upper strength, balance and control. 🙂


But that’s just what I do.
