I had (what I thought was) a good idea for my BMs, until I saw that Future Sister-In-Law gave part of it (a minimergency kit) to a cousin at Christmas. I was like EEEP OH NO
Not sure if I should still give that part.
But I was thinking gift cards to some interesting stores (Williams Sonoma, Etsy, Pier 1, etc) depending on what they like, and then some sort of jewelry maybe possibly? Not everyone wears jewelry and I am convinced that one Bridesmaid or Best Man will lose anything I give her.
Usually I am so good at gift-giving but this year I am absolutely fried and totally not being very creative. So thank you for the ideas. 🙂
The earring packs are very sweet – where are those from?

Great gifts! The one that stood out the most for me is the hand written note that will be unique to each bridesmaids. I will steal that idea for sure 🙂

@prahajess: Hey – just PMed you the link!
@BrandNewBride: Nice work – I was actually thinking of doing that at one point as well, but two of them are both born in July and I wanted them to have all different things! Haha what was wrong with the April gemstone?
@CakeyP: I’ve just checked the website for the earring packs and I don’t think they have them any more (they were a Christmas gift thing)? But they do have similar packs with only less pairs that you could probably find a nice box for/wrap cleverly in some nice paper. I’ll PM you the link to the website!
@MrsNG_inJersey: Haha yeah everyone likes presents but the best ones are those from the heart, as cheesy as that sounds. I’m aiming to make them all cry, muahaha! 😛

@ksus07: April is the diamond! And would have been WAY more than I wanted to spend!

@BrandNewBride: Oh, right, I knew that! Haha. Learn something every day 😛

@CakeyP: I was going to do a minimergency kit too, but then thought that all the items in it are things that should already be on hand anyway (aspirin, safety pins, band aids, water, tissues, lip balm, mini sewing kit, breath mints, etc) and decided it wasn’t “gifty” enough. Which reminds me… I need to put one of these together and load it the hell up!

@ksus07: Where did you get the robes from?

@Kabira1208: Hey there, just PM’d you the link 🙂

Hi – Just wondering where you got those earings from?
@ksus07 love the robes! Where did you find them? They’re beautiful! I had trouble finding an affordable set, I have five girls to buy for. so far I’ve gotten them each a picture frame, a ring dish with their initial & towel wraps with their names embroidered on them.. I liked the thought of jewelry but not everyone has the same style(two of the won’t even wear earrings, one is very modest while my other two love statement pieces) needing a little inspiration, I’m feeling very stuck & don’t want to give crappy gifts!

I am a bit stuck on this too….this is what I was thinking please let me know what you think:
-homemade silk robes (my mom is amazing at sewing)
-a “water bottle” style cup (think starbucks with the plastic straw) bejeweled for pre-wedding celebrations
-a custom made bracelet with their initial on it
…. is that enough?
