Since nobody has posted, I will give you a lot of ring porn!

My promise ring was a pink sapphire with white sapphire halo

My first ering was a .75 princess moissanite in a vintage early 1900’s setting. We bought it from a pawn shop and the center stone had been replaced with a moissy at some point. Well, it was a size 7, and wehen it was sized to a 5, the bottom cracked. here is the ring post cracking.

So here is my new e ring. Setting is a Tacori & no we aren’t super rich, my SO knew a guy who owned a family jewlery store, and he told him there was a tacori setting in white gold already in a size 5, the person never came to pick it up after resizing and lost their deposit. Plus now, It had to be sold as a return, and it was discontinued! So lets just say maybe the setting was about 2k, then the guy gave him an additional 40% off or something. Anyways, The halo is little speck of diamonds, but tiny! and the center stone is a 2.0 ct bloom cut white sapphire, 2.5 tcw. My SO’s grandfather has connections with sapphires in panama, so I can imagine it wasn’t outrageous! I love it, always thought I wanted a princess cut, but this is a gorgeous ring!

@becky2198: I can’t see your ring 🙁

@Stormchild:  Thanks! I’ve only had it a couple of months, so I cant speak for in the long run. But so far its got no scratches. And I wear it to work everyday, and am extremely clumbsy with my hands. My only problem with it is that since its so light, if dirt, dust or whatever gets under it, it shows really bad.
