We’ve been engaged a few months already but we designed my 1.6ct aquamarine engagement ring together and it’s finally here! Let me see yours!

Oh my word, she is a beauty! I love how she catches the light and tapers so beautifully down. Wow. really lovely. What is your wedding band going to look like?
My DH made my ER as a surprise and got me a lovely Amethyst ring. I got a sapphire and diamond engraved wedding band made.
Now, I’m in the middle of creating another main ring to switch out with my Amethyst since it’s not the strongest stone (mohs scale of 7-7.5). I purchased a 4mm Montana Sapphire and I am working with David Klass again to make this lovely stone into this lovely number…
So excited to get her!

I don’t know if mine counts… I have a colorless diamond with little amethysts on the sides. Those are my tiny colored gemstones 😂

Here’s mine. I’m sure I’ve posted it a bunch, but I’ve got to say that I love it. It’s an onyx with ruby side stones. Onyx is on the soft side (6.5-7), but since it’s so dark scratches don’t affect the look too much. Plus, it’s so lush!
I think I remember a thread where you were thinking about changing out your setting. Did you decide to leave it as is? I’m glad becacuse I really love your ring!

Ahhhh I love aquamarines! Yours is gorgeous!!
I narrowed my final rings down to aquamarines, morganites, green amethyst and sapphire and let my Fiance pick my ring! He choose an oval cut sapphire. He knows I’m obsessed with Princess Kate and Princess Di so it was a good choice

Beautiful colours ladies! 😍 Mine is a ruby.

What a stunning ring, congratulations 🙂
I’m another Sapphire gal over here! My Fiance chose a stone with beautiful blue-green colours.
Love your ring, yours is the ladybird-inspired ring, right? So pretty. Will you pair a band with it?
I don’t think I have seen your ring on here before, I love how uniquely the side stones are set, that milgrain is gorgeous.

Oh my gosh, I don’t think I’ve seen an onyx engagement ring and I’m so excited to see yours! It’s beautiful. I ended up with alexandrite, but when I was in fifth grade I decided I wanted an onyx ring. It was the only wedding related thought I had at that age, haha.
This is my alexandrite, it’s really hard to photograph as anything other than purple, but it’s purple under artificial light, green under daylight, and bright glowing red under blacklight.

This is my original set that used to have a diamond, but I recently reset with a pink sapphire.

Here is my teal sapphire

Yup, that’s the one. I don’t think I’m going to get a band yet. the bottom of the ring is really wide and I have short fingers, so I don’t think it will fit comfortably (I’m super sensitive about things on my skin). But we’ve decided that in the future if I want a band that we’ll just get it when I decide. It’s not going to be anything fancy though, just a plain band with maybe a ruby set into it.
Thanks! I love your alexandrite. That’s quite a range of colors. If you can get any others on camera, you definitely should share them! It sounds beautiful.

I LOVE seeing colored gemstones! My e-ring is an oval pale peach morganite, and I have a cushion cut peridot RHR.
I am IN LOVE with your set. Wow!
