I did envelopes with the table assignment and drink ticket inside.  I’ve said on here lots that my escort cards were a fail, but I think they had room to be better executed.

I havent started on mine yet but this is what I’m making. I bought little rhinestones to go right above the name. The names will be in black with our monogram W in the back in apple green. Cheap and way easy!

Beach chairs card holders in tray with sand

nothing like your inspiration, but this is what we used for a beach wedding. painted all the chairs from brown to ivory and attached cards with raffia sitting in a box of sand.

We did flat cards so we could pin them to a cork board. I thought it would be easier so I could have it set up days ahead of time and just stand it up that day. Our table numbers were framed pictures of parents/grandparents/great grandparents at their weddings.

Here’s a photo of our escort cards, but you can’t see the details so well.  It’s red cardstock with black script font, then we corner punched all the corners.  They were laid flat in alpha order after each table number:

And this is one of our table numbers in action:

These are our place cards. We plan on running a piece of yarn through the little hole. Then on a small piece of paper we will hand write guests names along w/table number and hole punch the corner. We will also string that to the yarn. Then we have 3 large artificial tress that we are hanging all the leaves from. You can probably tell we are having a fall theme….Haven’t quite figured out table numbers yet, next on the list. So far the place cards have been the biggest DIY so far, I hand cut 600 individual maple leaves 🙂

Here are our place cards. They took a ton of time and only 3 we had to “cheat” with.

They are all carved on birch tree slices and painted. The cheat ones have stickers on them, oh well…hopefully no one notices on sunday!!
