I have pink diamonds in my moissanite ring! I love pink moissanite, I wish the peachy pinks weren’t in such limited quantities. Check out this thread:

In My Humble Opinion the peach pinks look so similar to natural pinks as opposed to the dusty rose colored ones that are more readily available. Search JCent’s ring, hers it a winner too.

@Mrsgurzakovic:  My main stone is not pink, it’s white. I have 2 pink diamonds set into the halo to represent my daughters πŸ™‚

@Mrsgurzakovic:  I am getting a Moissanite solitaire (the colorless one) in a plain six prong setting, and then I’m adding two skinny wedding bands with Aquamarines and CZ’s in them!

Like this (clairykoo’s ring):

Show me your diamond and gemstone wedding bands! : wedding IMAG0235

Or this (I would add another band on top of the ring though) AshleyR83’s ring:

Show me your diamond and gemstone wedding bands! : wedding Wedding Band

Except I’m getting bands like this:

So maybe you can add bands like this to get that pop of color!

This way I don’t have to worry about getting tired of a color because I can simply change out my bands if I do.

I’d love to see a natural untreated pink diamond they’re A LOT more expensive than a colourless diamond and I think that they’re stunning. You’re looking to pay around $100,000 for a carat…. I can dream Money Mouth

Although I think lab grown pink diamond are an excellent alternative. Although they don’t normally grow them to a big size.

I love the look of the pink moissanite here’s another link from betterthandiamond. The only thing that would concern me is that the moissanite itself is still colourless and it’s coated to give it the desired colour, I just wonder how it would hold up

Lots of ladies (including myself) have a colored stone with no regrets! Get what makes your heart sing! I think the hue of the rose pink moissanite is really pretty!

@Ms_Midori:  WOW I had no idea that natural pink diamonds were so pricey!

@Mrsgurzakovic:  I believe there was a board a few days ago about people having regret about gettin colored stones (or lack of regret). Let me see if i can find it for you!

Wow I found a ton. Here is the one I was talking about : http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/will-i-regret-a-colored-stone-pics-please

But here were the search results: http://www.weddingbee.com/search/?search=colored+stone+regret&sa.x=0&sa.y=0&sa=Search

I don’t have a pink moissy, but I do have a blue one.  One thing that I will note about the blue moissy is that the color tends to change depending on the lighting.  While it can look like a dark cornflower blue in some lights, it can also look almost white in other lights.  I’m guessing the pink will act similarly. Thus, if you really want the stone to be a specific color always, you might be a bit disappointed when it comes.  Personally, I think it makes the stone all the more unique, and really hard to stop staring at constantly.

I might be a bit biased for the colored stone, but I don’t think you could go wrong either way.

@booEXcore:  Yeah I know, it’s incredible. I heard/read that over 90% of natural pink diamonds come from a mine in Australia, so there really is a limited source. Other sources of pink diamonds aren’t so pink.

@alejandria:  Oooh a blue moissanite, they don’t make those anymore do they? That’s such a shame, I think they’re so pretty. Do you have any pics?
