Any examples of cake/sign in tables that aren’t super done up?
Of course I want things to look nice, but my budget is low because we are paying…
I’m sure some of you have come up with something wonderful and cheap…So give me some ideas! 🙂
My colors are yellow and grey..

I don’t have photos of our guestbook area, but we kept our cake/cupcake table really simple:

We did textured buttercream on a red velvet cake. She charged less because of the buttercream, the single flavour and the fact that I provided all of the cake decor. I made the topped myself and used Christmas berries that my Mom already had for decor.
I sewed the table square myself, candles, votive holders and the vase are all Dollarama with the twigs from road side. I made the sign with burlap (cheap too!)
Here is our sign-in table. My cousin made the guestbook tree painting for us and all of the frames, candles and everything are Dollarama too!
And I know you didn’t ask for it, but here is our seating chart and favour table. The seating chart is made out of an old pallet (free!) and spraypainted.

This is a really terrible photo!!!
We had a civil ceremony after our Destination Wedding elopement and we invited our parents for cake and punch. I had a friend do this cake from Ina Garten’s recipe. I plan to bake a tier for our anniversaires. It could easily be done yourself!

@MrsLulu: Thank you! I had a few banners around and got a lot of compliments on them.
