Wedding date?    July 9, 2010 (I’ve been around here for a while!)

Favorite thing about being married? Besides just being with DH, I think it’s finally having the outside world see our relationship as legitimate as we’d thought it was for  a long time.

Least favorite thing about being married? Not being able to starfish sleep in bed by myself

Best wedding gift received? uh, my fruit basket and super expensive bedding that is like sleeping on a cloud.

Ever have any surgery? If so, what? not really, just wisdom teeth pulled, but they were impacted to I was put under

If you won the lottery, what would you do first? buy a house!

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be? I’ve been dying to go to Egypt for years.  I’m hoping it becomes safe again in the near future.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? garlic toast – total carb addict.

City, beach or country?  Country, I love the slower paced lifestyle.

When’s the last time you cried? Uh, I probably got misty over some stupid commercial or something in the last couple weeks, but full on crying, not for a long time.

What’s your favorite shampoo and soap? I use sheer blonde shampoo and am allergic to soap/body wash.

Have you ever done anything illegal? I could tell you but then I’d have to kill you.

Do you talk in your sleep? Yes, and walk around – usually getting “ready for work” or strangely enough, sweeping.

Can you sing? I sound pretty darn good in the shower.  I was apparently good enough for leads in my highschool musical, but that may have been a “limited depth of talent” situation 🙂

Wedding date?    5/14/11    8 months!

Favorite thing about being married? Knowing that I’ve married my best friend and that I have someone to share my life with, including all the ups and downs!

Least favorite thing about being married? Questions about when we’re having a baby!

Best wedding gift received? A handmade Vase the DH’s grandma painted.

Ever have any surgery? If so, what? Yes, too many,wisdom teeth removal, ACL reconstruction, Arthroscopy, and a couple biopsies, but none since the wedding.

If you won the lottery, what would you do first? a trip to Europe, and paying off our debts.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be? All over.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Fruit.

City, beach or country?  Country/city! I grew up in the middle of town in a country area, if that makes sense

When’s the last time you cried? Yesterday when watching a very emotional movie.

What’s your favorite shampoo and soap? Garnier Fructisse.

Have you ever done anything illegal? Speeding, probably downloading illegal stuff, underage drinking.

Do you talk in your sleep? yes. 

Can you sing? Not good anymore, though I used too.

So…I’m a bit late to the party, but I loved reading everyone’s answers!

Wedding date?    9-10-11

Favorite thing about being married? Living together! It’s so nice!

Least favorite thing about being married? Living together for this one too, lol. 

Best wedding gift received? My best friend bought us all of our place settings (Fiesta) 🙂

Ever have any surgery? If so, what? I had the muscle that connects my bottom lip to my gumline cut a bit so that my gums would stop receding. It hurt so bad, but I’m a bit of a wimp.

If you won the lottery, what would you do first? Pay off my student loans!

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be? Scotland, to see the Sir Walter Scott monument and Abbotsford.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Pizza!

City, beach or country?  City. I like all the people.

When’s the last time you cried? A couple nights ago when I watched a really sad tv show.

What’s your favorite shampoo and soap? Herbal Essences because it’s cheap.

Have you ever done anything illegal? Speeding is about it.

Do you talk in your sleep? Nope. DH does, though, and it’s hilarious.

Can you sing? Very poorly. I can manage to pass songs on Rock Band, though!

Wedding date? 10/13/11 – 3 months ago! 🙂 

Favorite thing about being married? Being referred to as his wife, my new last name, and having a partner to be there for me always.

Least favorite thing about being married? My Husband’s night shifts are more difficult for me to endure cuz I want to be able to sleep next to him more than ever.

Best wedding gift received? Our car! Our first one. We bought a 2007 Red Honda Civic. It wasn’t really a gift from anyone, but we used money given to us from our reception to help with the down payment. We also LOVE our Keurig coffeemaker that we got with gift cards given at our shower.

Ever have any surgery? If so, what? No and I intend to keep it that way.

If you won the lottery, what would you do first? Pay off all of our debt! Then look into buying a lavish house!

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be? There’s so many places I wanna go still. I’d probably go with either Hawaii or Paris first. I also want to go to Venice, London, and Tokyo.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? sushi.

City, beach or country? I’m a city girl all the way.

When’s the last time you cried? A few nights ago when I was lonely and missing my Husband more than usual.

What’s your favorite shampoo and soap? I have yet to discover a favorite shampoo really, I spend entirely too much on my hair cuz I have to have salon products and I dye it pretty often. I love bath and body works soap. Their pumpkin and Fall scents are amazing especially.

Have you ever done anything illegal? No comment.

Do you talk in your sleep? I don’t think so. I guess my Husband can answer this.

Can you sing? Not really, but I don’t care. I love singing in the car and the shower.

Favorite thing about being married? Knowing I have a partner for life! :)

Least favorite thing about being married? Merging finances was tricky… Also, having to get accustomed to cooking & doing laundry all the time!

Best wedding gift received? Ahh this is so difficult! How about top 3? 1-My parents handed over the title for my car. Yay! 2-His parents bought our airfaire to Greece. Yay again! 3- Our Keurig. Couldn’t live without it.

Ever have any surgery? If so, what kind? Nope!

If you won the lottery, what would you do first? Pay off my parents’ house! Then buy a new car & take an awesome vacation. Invest the rest!

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be? Umm… I want to go EVERYwhere! Next on my list is probably Africa.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Cereal. Any Kind. 

City, beach or country?  City, probably. Although I LOVE the other two.

When’s the last time you cried? Yesterday, reading a blog about special needs children.

What’s your favorite shampoo and soap? It changes all the time. I love Philosophy, but it’s kinda expensive. So whatever is the cheapest. I love Redken shampoo, but usually just buy Herbal Essences or Pantene.

Have you ever done anything illegal? Speeding, probably downloading illegal stuff.

I haven’t even been married 2 weeks, but I want to play!

Wedding date?    1/21/12  

Favorite thing about being married? Being with my best friend every day and knowing we are partners for life.

Least favorite thing about being married? Trying to establish boundaries with family members.

Best wedding gift received? There were so many! A personalized cutting board with lyrics from my favorite musical artist stands out…Also cash, my immersion blender, and all the waterford crystal! 🙂

Ever have any surgery? If so, what kind? Ear infection surgery when I was 2.

If you won the lottery, what would you do first? Give  money to our parents, then buy a huge house, plan a lot of travels and buy a chanel purse for me and a porche for DH.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be? There are too many places…I guess I would choose the fjords in Norway first.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Peking Duck

City, beach or country?  I suppose city, although I love the beach and rural areas as well. I need a taste of each!

When’s the last time you cried? Today, reading sentimental emails from friends about our wedding. I cry all the time.

Wedding date?    8/29/2011 (5 months! I can’t believe it)

Favorite thing about being married? Sex! and snuggling! And getting to say ‘my husband!’ 

Leas favorite thing about married? Doing our taxes. Ugh.

Best wedding gift received? Revolving spice rack. And a savings account!

Ever have any surgery? If so, what? No, luckily.

If you won the lottery, what would you do first? Quit my job and have babies. Haha. No, but seriously it would make it so much easier. And then we would buy a house in Hawaii so we can spend half the year with my parents and half with his in NJ.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be? This is going to be a long list…We’d start with the European Grand Tour – England, France, Italy, Germany and then float on over to Southeast Asia – Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand.

City, beach or country?  beach! I love swimming and warm sunshine.

When’s the last time you cried? Two nights before my wedding. I was in full on freak out mode about co-ordinating 40 people at a destination wedding and I totally lost it. Not my best moment.

What’s your favorite shampoo and soap? Pantene for shampoo and Treseme naturals for conditioner. I’m also in love with Dove bodywash with Shea butter. It smells delicious!

Have you ever done anything illegal? I speed occasionally (I know, it’s terrible) and I’ve defintely downloaded my share of pirate media.

Favorite thing about being married? I don’t have to go home at the end of the night. Cooking together more often. Having a partner in life that i can share everything with. Living with my best friend. Entertaining at my own house with my husband. Healthcare. Lower car insurance. Sex. 😀

Least favorite thing about being married? Toilet paper disappears from the roll and never seems to find its way back…

Best wedding gift received? A large hurricaine with the letter H engraved in it. I fill it with lots of stuff depending on the seasons and it makes a gorgeous center piece. My grandmother gave it to me.

Ever have any surgery? If so, what? One time I had an ingrown toenail. eeeewwwww

If you won the lottery, what would you do first? Pay the bills off, help my dad retire, and spend my life volunteering dong what I love!

Favorite thing about being married? Living together… having him there when I get home or being there when he gets home, and going to bed together

Least favorite thing about being married? Living together… sometimes it’s hard to adjust to having someone else there all the time and meshing our habits together

When’s the last time you cried? A couple of weeks ago.  DH & I help out with our church’s youth group, and they did a prayer service project for a really sick baby (she has EB). Her story made me cry.

What’s your favorite shampoo and soap? Don’t really have a favorite… we just buy the giant bottle of Head & Shoulders from Costco and we both use it.

Have you ever done anything illegal? Not that I can think of. lol.

Do you talk in your sleep? Nope.  DH does sometimes though. =)

Can you sing? Sure, I can sing… no one wants to hear it though.  It might destroy your ear drums.

Favorite color? Lime green, bright pink, & orange!  And fuschia & orange were our wedding colors (with a little green present, too, since flower stems and leaves are green =P)
