My favorite is either a round brilliant solitaire in a Tiffany style setting or this one. Least favorite is a marquis solitaire.
My favorite is either a round brilliant solitaire in a Tiffany style setting or this one. Least favorite is a marquis solitaire.
I like solitaires the most, any cut.
The least… clusters of diamonds or gems in thick yellow gold. Too 80s. And combos of super vibrant clashy colors.
My favorite is a solitaire—something where the stone is showcased. I also love antique settings.
My least favorite (for myself) would be something super flashy with lots going on. I’d probably not like something like a double halo.
My favorite would be an emerald cut with a halo. Least favorite is definitely round solitaires! So boring!
This ring has everything I love. It’s my fav shape, I love double halos, claw prongs, rose gold, and colored stones. I also prefer a daintier size, and I love how petite this is. This is my dream ring, although I like plain shanks, so would probably change that.
Three stone emerald cuts make me swoon, and here are those claw prongs again.
I love black and salt and pepper diamonds. I wouldn’t say no to Anna Sheffield’s Bea:
Least fav is coffin cut. I’m also not a fan of black metal.
Favourite: radiant cut as a solitaire or three stone with trapezoid sides; round cut as a solitaire or in a cushion halo
Least favourite: pear or marquise cut, rose gold
Favourite: rose gold solitaires (no pave or side stones), halos with plain bands/shanks, vintage/floral clusters.
Least favourite: illusion set princess stones. I love clusters, but I’ve never been able to get on board with the elaborate illusion clusters that use square stones of any kind.
I love Princess Diana’s ring but probably because it’s a halo. I’m not a big fan of the more square cuts, emerald, radiant, asscher, HOWEVER I think they are just gorgeous in general, but not something I’d want to wear. I like the center stone to be more rounded like a cushion.
Favorites: Marquise and/or emerald cut solitaires on plain bands (side baguettes ok) because they’re unique and not many people own them.
Least Favorite: Round cuts with pave bands because they’re more popular and pave needs more care to avoid damage
Favorite: colored gemstone with either a halo or a three stone setting.
Least favorite: princess cut, bezel, or double halo.
Favorites: pear, marquise, rose gold, Art Deco style
least favorite: nothing is more boring to me than a round solitaire.
Favorite: Pear, Hexagon, colorful stones, and even if I can’t wear it: Rose Gold
Least: Round, Clusters, and Yellow Gold
Most favorite: Six-prongs, rose gold, oval/pear/marquise cuts, art deco/vintage/twist accents, three stone rings, rose cut diamonds.
Least favorite: Four-prongs, princess/heart cuts, double halos, bezels.
Favorite: Round, oval, pear, & emerald. Solitaires, yellow gold then rose gold.. I love the look of a solitaire with a plain wedding band and a 5 or 7 stone anniversary band with bigger stones.
I have a love hate relationship with halos. I’m not a big fan but there are 3 bees who post regularly and their halos are to die for. I think gems with halos are aesthetically pleasing but not neccesarily for me.
Least: pave bands on e rings, clusters, white gold/platinum (on me at least), heart shape.
