Supersleuth:  You take great shots! Can you post a pic of your ring showing it from the side? I am thinking of switching from a 4 prong to a 6 prong setting and going all yellow gold (as oppsed to a white gold head/yellow gold shank). I want a lower profile from what I have now too if that makes sense. I like the small prongs on your ring. Our stones are just about the same size 🙂

GemmaBella:

Here are some photos not taken from above.

I’ve been very pleased with having the ring totally in yellow gold.

The pale parts are just reflections.

It’s been a while since i have been around.  changed ring a lttle.  center stone is still 1.75 but now side stones are 1.50 ct in total…. 0.75 per side.   maybe too much bling for some girls but on my large frame hands and plus size body it looks just right for me anyways..

Supersleuth:  Wow, that is really gorgeous from the side as well! That is more or less the setting that I’d love to get. I looooove the all yellow gold look. My ering stone is champagne and I feel it would look great in solid YG, plus I like the added security of the 6 prongs over 4. Thanks for that side shot!! 🙂

majorairhead:  You should take your ring to a jeweler. It’s showing signs of extreme wear is missing some gold in some spots. If you don’t have that fixed, you risk loosing some of the diamonds.
