Its not my e-ring, but heres my cluster ring… (I think)… does it count since the middle is not level with the rest?

@pinkshoes: Mine is similar to yours. It’s a right hand ring that was my mother’s. It’s about 20 years old now.

 (I put it on my left hand to take the pics because I’m a rightie!)

My e-ring is a cluster and I love it!

By the time we were looking at rings, most of my friends and family members were already married. Everyone has a different style of ring and I didn’t want mine to look like any of theirs. I fell in love with the band since I wanted something with a lot of detail. It took some time to get used to the cluster but I love it. It’s unique, just like me.

I love seeing other cluster rings! I picked this beauty out myself, and I’m pretty obsessed with it now. It was made in 1890 and still has all the original mine cut and old european cut stones. My only problem is finding a band to match. Any suggestions?

@ElwoodBlues:

thats sooooo pretty,  i love the split shank.  it  really vintage looking.  lovely. ( i love vintage things)

maybe a plain ring would showcase your E ring better,  but would maybe need to be curved….

Thanks so much! Yes I was thinking a plain band would be best, it’s already got enough sparkle for me. Some people have said I should move it to my right hand and just wear a simple band on my left, but I’m still not sure how I feel about that.

also something to consider is because its vintage style,  maybe a diamond wedding band would look too modern? but i think it needs a shape,  becuase you might find you have a biggish gap if you had a straight band.

I am biased mind you because i just love the timeless look of a plain wedding band,  but i really think your ring would look nicer with plain gold. I notice it is yellow gold too…..mine is yellow gold,  i prefer it because it so pretty and looks warmer and goes well with skintones.

Mine is a RHR but I love it anyway. It’s a blue diamond cluster with white diamond halo.

Here’s my cluster!! 🙂 That’s what she’s called, eh? Pardon, I’m a little behind on ring terminology. I just always called her multi-stoned!
