    @linnylou_88:  i think adding the milgrain to your e ring would look great. i really love the wedding band too!

    I think you should totally add the milgrain! It would look great. My custom ring has milgrain…it’s so delicate sometimes I don’t notice it. 😀

    My ring has micromilgain on each prong that make up its basket. For my wedding band, I’m consider one that’s almost like the one you’ve chosen. 

    I think milgrain on your e-ring would look beautiful, but if your FI is sentimental about it, I undeerstand his POV as well. Regardless, I think your set would look very pretty if you have a migrain band with a smooth e-ring shank as well.

    @linnylou_88:  thank you!! No it doesn’t bother me, and I agree that it’s because you don’t see much of the shank on my e-ring. Also, I think the milgrain would be a very different look on the tapered, non-pave band. I actually really like how my two rings are so different They compliment each other without matching. I wanted my w-band to stand out as it’s own ring, because it’s pretty important!

    But I think in the case of your set, the milgrain will really compliment the pave on your e-ring!
