I designed everything, the metal, thickness shank, setting, thickeness of the metal between the center stone to the mellee stones, the size of the stones and everything else in between. It was stressful, frustrating, draining but all worth it!

Fiance chose it, but we went shopping together several months beforehand and I pointed out several that I liked. he picked one of those, but surprised me by getting a round stone, when he swore up and down he wanted to get a princess cut!

Thank you! It has a matching band, but we are going to switch out the stones to match the ones we swaped out in this ring…we upgraded a bit because my center was an F and my mother in law said they have to match, so we got them bigger too, and each band will be almost 1, & the e-ring is a bit over 1 without the center. & I’m gonna do two of them, one for both sides of my engagement ring. It’s here:

I got a plain solitaire when we got engaged with the promise that I could pick out whatever setting I wanted (he was nervous to pick a bad one). I just got it reset yesterday after about 8 months of debating what to get!

My Fiance picked it out all on his own. 🙂

My Fiance picked out my ring by himself (with some hints from a friend). He knew that I wanted cushion cut and white gold and took a photo into the jeweler and came up with this! I could not be more in love with my ring! I couldn’t have picked out something this gorgeous myself! I always thought I wantedsomething like the Tiffany Novo, but this band is a million times more my style! My Fiance is so proud of the ring and really enjoyed learning about the 4Cs too which is adorable!

Fiance and I went ring shopping together and we both found ourselves oogling at the same jewelry case. When he told me which ring he was looking at, it ended up being the same one I was crushing on!

My engagement came as a 100% surprise. There wasn’t even a little bit of talk of marriage any time soon! He picked this entirely on his own, without knowing whether or not I even liked sapphires, but I do! I’m so happy it’s not a traditional diamond ring.
18kt white gold and diamond band, 2.17 ct 9x7mm sapphire. My baby :’)

I sent him an email, at his request with my top 3 choices. 2 were 3-stones and 1 was a halo. He picked one of the three stones. I am so happy he did

We looked at rings at a lot of our local shops just to get an idea of what I liked. I loved pear shaped diamonds but none of the stores had them in stock to try on so i ended up settling on a gorgeous round center stone with a single halo and a very thin dainty pave band it was so gorgeous! Little did I know that FH and my now Maid/Matron of Honor were scheming Behind my back and had already found and purchased my ring lol! so with a little encouragement from my best friend he really picked it out all by himself and I am obsessed with it! I couldn’t have ever picked out a ring more prefect and he did a great job! I honestly don’t know any of the specs because I have a a gorgeous ring and I don’t really care about the details! Pear shaped center stone , double halo, split shank!

I gave him an idea of what I liked and he picked it out himself!

I told him things I didn’t like and what I did (I told him I liked infinity bands, pave, round center stones, vintage-y feel, nothing HUGE/too blingy).
He picked it out by himself though.
