Here is my brand new custom princess halo! .6 carat center stone on a 3.5 finger… ring is a bit big, but not so much that it will come off unexpectedly.

@FreckledFox:  thank you! I thought I was a 4, but when we went shopping I found I was a 3.75… but that was during a massive heat wave so im finding that the ring spins on my hand A LOT which is irritating.  Im going to wait til cooler weather hits before I decided on sizing though. If its not worse in the winter ill just get a smaller wedding band to hold it in place!

I sometimes go back and forth about the center stone because my mother helped Fiance pick it out but she and I disagree on whats important in a diamond (I like warmer stones with great cuts and microscopic inclusions, she prefers an even balance… guess what was picked lol). But the point is that my man tried to find something I love, which I do, and really I would wear a ring pop if it meant we were spending our lives together. The jewels are just a plus πŸ™‚ aaaand I would probably eat the pop.

@marhealy:  I’m with you on the warmer stones! sometimes mine looks blue (which is nice) but I prefer when its off white!  πŸ™‚  I think my color is H, and VVS2. I don’t mind all that I guess, I’m too obsessed with radiant and princess cut stones!

I just got a vintage ring from Mother-In-Law (it was FI’s great aunt’s) and I think the stone is maybe .25? Don’t know any specs. I love it though!

@lovelee1:

Here is my 3/4 Tacori. I also have a 6.5 ring size! I felt the 1 carat looked a bit too big.

Sorry for the blurry image.

Not a full carat center stone.  My ring size is 5 to 5 1/2, I don’t like anything bigger than this on my finger.
