How many bees have a garden this year?
Plants waiting to go in the ground:
Planted so far (6 peppers along the front: 4 habanero, 1 jalapeno, 2 bell peppers; 6 tomato plants in the back-right: 3 different heirloom varieties). And hopefully the fence will keep the dogs out!
Potted herbs (basil, spearamint, peppermint)
Seedlings coming up (zucchini and yellow sqash), will be moved to the garden area eventually

I’ve only got a little pot of herbs and a small palm tree on my balcony because I’m in an apartment building. I really miss having a backyard!

Living in MA, it’s still a little early for us to plant our garden. We’re definitely doing a variety of tomatoes (cherry, grape, and big boys) and cucumbers. Not sure what else this year…possibly eggplant, zucchini, red onions, and green beans.

We have 2 dogs who like to “help” me garden so we have to stick to containers and non-fruit-bearing plants. I wish we could do veggies and herbs. Maybe we’ll do a small herb garden on the patio.

– lots of fruit!
my french boss is intrigued with our trees – hes amazed we grow so much “tropical” fruit and in the suburbs
