I hope that’s not too big! Mine is .50 carot with three pave set diamonds on each side. I lovelovelove my diamond and the setting is so pretty and suits my hand, but I still kind of want a halo setting and some detail on the side. I love vintage inspired rings so I think when I go to pick my wedding band I’ll ask the jewler about a halo setting.

this is my baby, 1/2 carat in total

Not exactly a half carat, but mine is a .67 carat round solitaire. Just got it a little less than two months ago. Still can’t believe I am engaged, it’s so surreal! 🙂

Mine is 1 ct. total but the center stone is .5 (and I’ve posted it EVERYWHERE, hahaha) on a size 6. I love ring posts, big and small!! PS – In the first pic, one of the stones looks like it has a black spot in it but it was a shadow or something I think because I don’t see it now? Photographing diamonds is hard!

my rign is exactly like yours, minus the side stones! It looks fabulous. I also have been toying with the idea of a halo..:o

I voted for .75 or more; but my center is right at a half carat, and the side stones equals a little less than half a carat.

My engagement ring is 1/2 carat total and my wedding band is plan… I love them…

0.94 carat total, so close enough to one carat for me to be happy! My bands are very thin and I love that look.

The center stone is .75, and the rest of the side stones make it 1 c. He did a good job. I love him!

I have a little bit over carat, but I find myself having ring envy for .5 carats and under. They’re so delicate and pretty and they just seem to look so good on people.
Screw people who think it’s too small, they’re beautiful!
