I’m stuck in bed sick with the flu when I was supposed to be going ring shopping today, so help a girl out and show off your stunners! I can’t decide what I want for my engagement ring’s band other than not pave and probably(?) engraved, so let’s see your filigree, your milgrain, and all your tiny little details. Information about jewelers and band width is also super helpful.

I have milgrain and engraving all over my ring and love it

I have a dot and marquise with milgrain engagement ring and an hand engraved wedding band. I like that they are both sparkly (in the light–this photo does not do it justice) and can be worn together or separately! I’ve always been into a little more intricacy than is popular right now.

I have this band, which matches the e-ring. I hope you get better soon!

I don’t get to wear it officially yet, but sometimes I do around the house! It’s from a local jeweler and I think it’s like 4.3mm wide

I am a woman of many rings — ha, ha! I have settings that definitely fit within the category of being “intricate” or “detailed”. But they are not something most people would like or want to wear. Over the years, I have come to realize I love settings with a ton of detail to them. I also love settings that have a lot of metal showing and that are kind of … imaginative … maybe? LOL
This is one of the simplest I have, although still detailed. From the top, it looks like a regular solitaire. But the stone is set in a scrollwork basket. It is a London Blue Topaz, and the setting is 14K rose gold.
And this is my newest. It was for my 20th anniversary, which happened this past October. The stone is a Spinel. The setting is 14K rose gold. I am crazy for it, but I know it is not something most people would enjoy wearing. But it is intricate and detailed — ha, ha! (Sorry for all the pictures. I wanted to show the detail on every side, which is hard to capture in one shot.)

Bought my set from OroSpot, which has a physical store in New York, and a wonderful Etsy store!
Both bands are about 1.8mm in width, if I remember correctly. I love my engraving!! It makes the bands sparkle and compliment the diamond really well.

This is mine – we had it made by David Klass, inspired by Victorian era rings 😍

I think mine qualifies for this? It has milgrain details and leaf/floral accents.
It’s the Adeline setting by ArtCarved and the Adeline matching band.

Good luck with your search! I ended up making mine from two different designs to make sure it was done just right! I wanted a beautiful shank and crown!

I have milgrain detail on my band, and absolutely love it. My wedding band matches as well, but won’t have that one till October 🙂
