Does anybody else dread the swimming suit trying time? I plan on starting the South Beach diet on Monday and I’d love to get by with a lil’ help from my friends… I have almost 40 pounds to lose before my e-pics in July and I would love, and I say loooooooove to be able to wear the jeans I was wearing only last summer. I am aware it is not going to happen over night but if I could at least get as close as possible, that would be a start.
So I’m calling to all the motivated bees for support and tips. The more the merrier!

I am starting South Beach Diet again today! Because of some health issues and medications I have gained an additional 15 lbs over what i was steadily at making me 80 lbs overweight 🙁 I would love to lose 20-30 lbs before my E-Session in August

I’m not sure I’m going to be doing south beach in particular, but I want to increase my protein intake and decrease my refined carb intake. It’s hard!

I did South Beach in 2008 and lost 56lbs., gained 35lbs back because I completely went off plan. I started again yesterday and have already lost 1.8lbs. Easiest diet I have ever been on and I do have to say it is the healthiest. Totally works if you stick to it.

@Soon2bBB: Hey, I got inspired by your post and today is my first day back on the program. I was at my smallest after going on South Beach during college and I miss those days so bad.
I’ve been pretty good today. Almond Breeze milk for breakfast (ran out of eggs) and a big salad with balsamic vinegarette/ a little mozzerella and peppers with a few slices of Organic turkey breast.
How is your progress? Anyone else on this?
