My favourite topic!!

I love all cheese. But am particularly partial to brie and stilton (with a nice glass of port)

Love cheese! We’ll have a huge cheese buffet around midnight for the “party people” on our wedding day, hope that I’ll be hungry around that time;-)

Not a fan! However, I eat my weight in cottage cheese (I’m so boring!)…

@guilana: You are welcome Wink We also offer a small plate of cheese as dessert ’cause we can imagine that some people don’t like ice or cake as dessert when it’s hot on the day of our wedding. So the guests can choose between cake/ice or something more nutritious LaughingDon’t know about the cheese tower though Wink I really love the idea of a four tier mousse cake all in champagne and brown handmade flowers (that’s what we’ve chosen for our wedding cake). Can’t wait to see it!

gorgonzola, chevre (goat cheese), triple cream brie… mmmmmmm.  Oh and anything with the words “smoked” or “blue” in their names.  Yum!

I’m lactose intolerant … but I love cheese. I can’t (and won’t) ever stop eating it, I don’t even care! My favorites cheeses are cheddar, swiss, parmesan and bleu cheese and mozzerella.
