For my Bridesmaids, I am paying for everything that requires them to be in the wedding [shoes, dress, hair, makeup, jewelry, handbag, alterations, ect]. I will be getting them each a gift basket with lotions and other smell good stuff, along with a few gift cards.

For our parents, we will be doing pretty much the same, maybe a few items and gift cards. Each set of parents contributed about $300.

We have 1 groomsmen, and 1 Usher – not sure what we are getting them yet.

Soonerbee07:  Yeah, they are kind of hard to shop for. They both like fishing, and one is really into gaming and things.

Currently for bridesmaids I have purses/bags but I’m not sure what to fill them with yet, and no ideas yet for groomsmen or parents/grandparents.

Fiance and I are paying for wedding party hotel rooms, bridesmaid dresses, hair/makeup, parents/grandparents hotel rooms and hair/makeup, but we aren’t sure what to actually get them as gifts (that aren’t related to the wedding).  Thinking possibly brooches for moms/grandmas but not sure.

So far, we have gotten all of the Groomsmen gifts – new deer hunting knives that were personalized. This was also bought for FI’s dad, and his uncle (who is part of our host couple).

We got my dad an engraved swiss army knife, as he carries one in his pocket all the time.

Currently for the BM’s… one got a Coach wristlet (FSIL), and the other (my sister) got nesting pouches from Better Life Bags (she has a zillion Coach things). I also am getting them earrings and a necklace, then will fill the bags with various things (TBD). I may even pay for thei hair the day of.

I am trying to figure out what to get my mom and Future Mother-In-Law. I’m sure I’ll go the necklace route, but want them to be different – the search is on this weekend! I do know that I’ll be getting them both (my parents) an engraved frame. Fiance was indifferent on getting one for his parents too.

For my FI’s aunt that is the other half of our host couple, we’ll probably do a gift card and a bottle of wine. Their son (FI’s cousin) is our videographer/MC – so we’ll probably get him a gift card to a restaurant in town.

My sister (MOH) is hosting both a bridal shower/bachelorette party for me… so I may just give her a gift card somewhere. There is talk of another aunt of Fiance hosting another shower for me, so I’ll have to think of something for that too.

Bridesmaids: I’m gifting them their jewelry (nothing fancy so its really just a little something and its a bonus if they wear it again), a extra pair of stuff earrings if they want to wear those instead of the other ones, a hand painted acrylic jewelry tray from Etsy, a satin hanger, nail polish, and black flats for dancing (I hand glittered each pair black and added a hot pink glitter toe cap!).  Its not much but its within budget and it’ll be really cute all put together.

My MOHs birthday is the day before our wedding and shes staying with me the night before so I’m taking her for fro-yo and will have a gift for her as well since she is putting the shower and bachelorette together for me.

Groomsmen: we ordered a 50 calibre shell from Etsy thats carved into a bottle opener and will gift them a bottle of local carft beer to go with it, their socks for the day (they all like funky socks, so I know they’ll get worn again) and my fiance will be taking them on some excursion and out for lunch as well.

Moms: no idea

Dads: no idea

Officiant (my uncle): a bottle of wine called “wedding dance” and a nice card

Readers: bottle of wine with a custom label

For my girls I got some smaller novelty items : mini makeup compacts from sephora, giant twisty suckers, cute rhinestone lanyards, keychains based on their interests, burt’s bees giftsets, spongeables, and a small makeup tote filled with misc makeup accessories [real technique brushes, beauty sponges, chapsticks, ect].

I will also be getting them each a gift card to their favorite store.

For Future Mother-In-Law I am purchasing her a jolly roger pocket watch [she LOVES pirates.. and rum], a decorative pirate sign that says, “time flies when you’re having RUM!”, and some beach themed wine glass charms [she loves the beach, dolphins, mermaids, ect as well].

I’ll also get her a gift card.

NO clue what I’m getting my mom, stepdad, Future Father-In-Law or Groomsmen yet, still working on it!
