I don’t have much of an opinion on this but I would look on eBay for one. I sold my first gen iPod touch for $80. You may find a good deal and get more space!!

If you have a 1st gen nano, you may want to check up on this and see if you’re eligible for a free replacement.  It’s legit, straight from apple site and my friend got his a few weeks ago.

@sleepingbeauty88:  aww darn!  I’ve never had the touch, but I’m not really big into watching movies or having a lot of apps and stuff on my ipod.  I have a driod phone and dont even really bother with apps there either.  For me, I’d save the money and just get the cheaper option – I’ve got 2 classics and 2 nanos, and never bothered with the touch.

@sleepingbeauty88:  I just upgraded my iPhone 3GS to the iPhone 4S.  My 3GS was 8 gb.  I went with 16 this time.  I’m excited to be able to use my phone as an iPod as well.  It was lag hardcore with the songs I had on it.  The total I paid for my upgrade was $221 so I think it’s well worth it.  New phone, new iPod, fun times! =)  There’ll be plenty of space for your music.

I just ordered my second iPod Touch.  I washed my first one in the washing machine back in August. I was devastated since it was a bday gift from Fiance and I needed time to properly mourn it before ordering another one. I was debating getting an iPhone but I didn’t want an increase in my bill in terms of access and data package because I don’t have a smart phone now. It would have been at least an increase of $40 a month.  The Touch has everything that the phone has except the phone part so I went with that.  I don’t talk much on my cell phone anyway.

I got one of the newest nano’s and its the coolest thing ever.  I don’t watch videos or use apps on it…I only need my ipod for the gym and listening to music in my car.  My phone does all the rest.  I don’t like using my phone in the gym because its big and bulky and I don’t like carrying it around or using arm bands because I lift and I feel like it holds me back and I’m constantly adjusting!

My new nano is just over 1″ square and is SUPER AWESOME to navigate.  So much better than the old school touch-wheel thingy.  Technically its a touchscreen and I love it. Its got a lock botton and the volume buttons are right there on top.  There is a built in clip so you can attach it to a waistband, shirt, sleeve, backpack, whatever.  My its 8gb.  I like it that way because I don’t like having my entire library available all the time, I like only having certain things and I rotate it in and out.  The shuffle gets screwed up if I have 10,000 songs on there!

I know my opinions are the exact oposite of other posters, but mine was only $129.  Its the coolest thing ever and I don’t know how I managed without it!

I have a 3rd gen 32gig iTouch and I LOVE it. It’s so convenient. I have exercise apps, games, I had wedding apps when we were planning, I have baby apps and a contraction timer on it now. It’s awesome. I had an old classic before and I like the Touch so much more. I have a bunch of apps and a pretty massive music collection and I can keep everything on it with no issues.

I’m actually getting an iPad 3 in a couple weeks when they release them. I can’t wait!

@Rouquine:  It’s going to be my b-day present from Darling Husband. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m excited. My d-bday was last week, but we decided to wait and get the new model rather than going ahead and getting the 2.

I have a 32GB iPod touch. Not sure what gen, it was brand new last Feb for V-Day (as in a year ago), its AMAZING!! Soooo much fun and great for work and kills so much time with games. And then I got an iPhone 4 for Christmas And now I’m like “SO MUCH TOUCH SCREEN TECHNOLOGY AAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!”. So get one, GET ONE!!! There is an app for EVERYTHING. And I’ll never be able to fill the space. I’m gonna need to hunt up like 30,000 songs…
