Level 2 is really tough!! I only have 10 lb weights so there were a couple of exercises that I just couldn’t do. Great job keeping at it!! ๐Ÿ™‚

Keep it up- it gets easier!  Honestly, after doing both levels I prefer level 2 instead of 1.  Now 3 I have only not so successfully tried a couple of times.

Keep it up.  It does get easier as you do it more.  But you’re right, it is NOT a joke.  I don’t think Jillian jokes…;)

I just did Level 1 for the first time! R and I were yelling back at Jillian the whole time. We’re committing ourselves to doing the Shred at least 6 days a week for the first two weeks, and some extra cardio. I’m hoping it gets easier! Until levels 2 and 3 of course.

I still feel that way on level 1! I can’t even imagine level 2 yet.

Okay, I am feeling my first day of Level 1 today! I know it’s going to be hard to motivate myself to do it tonight (I am in classes and getting my hair done/staying on campus from now until 9:15 tonight) but I will. stay. motivated.

@krissy – THANKS! but pat me on the back after the workout, haha. I’m hoping the pretty new hair (I’m doing cut and color today, take that winter doldrums!) will keep the motivation going. I figure if I stop now I’m SOL for the rest of the month. ๐Ÿ˜‰

My ankles hurt bad. Well actually I think its the muscel from the foot up that hurts.  Anyone else experience this on level two?  I wasn’t sure if that was just the body part that hurt on this level, just like Level one took a few days to walk right

Oh no! I’m scared! I haven’t gotten there yet. I’ve done level 1 for about 5 days, then went for a run yesterday and got shin splits BAD. I tried to do it today, but those shin splints just weren’t having it. Hopefully they’ll be healed enough for me to get back to the video tomorrow.

Rainbow, that scares me.  I have dedicated myself to only the 30 day shred first.  Then I will do other things with the 30 day shred in between.  I figure if I can get through 30 days with her. I CAN DO ANYTHING ๐Ÿ™‚
