So, as I posted before, I’m doing the 30 day Shred. I just completed Day 14, which puts me at Level 2. Whoo hooo!
When I started the program, I was so, so sore for the first FIVE days, and was sweating like mad (and I’m not one to sweat much at all, even when I go running!).
Now, at Level 2, I am still totally struggling to do the moves but am not “phoning it in” as Jillian keeps saying. I really feel like I’m pushing myself, and am still sweating like crazy and do the moves best I can.
However, I am no longer sore after my workouts. Is this normal? After the workouts now, I just feel great, but that’s about it. Is this how its supposed to be once you are about 1/2 through?? I thought at Level 2 I would feel sore all over again…If I’m not sore, does that mean I’m not getting enough of a workout?? I couldn’t imagine that being the case though, because as i said, I am pushing myself like crazy, and definitely am not some crazy athletic woman who has been doing weights and pushups her whole life!
