(Closed) Level 2….30 day shred

I got great results with 30 day Shred.  However, I hated Level 2–very bad for my crappy knees.  I alternated between 1 and 3.

3 is like all in plank pose, lots more core training.

I think that level 2 is a lot harder than level 3!

if you like the 30 Day Shred, you should try Ripped in 30, so hard, and No More Trouble Zones, its 40min long!!!! Kills me everytime, but I love it!!

Level 2 is WAY harder than level 3!!!! I hated level 2!! I hated all the plank stuff and skipped straight to level 3 after the first day of level 2 since I totally lack in upper body strength. But you’re right, it works!
