These things confuse me too :/ But it looks like you BD’d cd 10 and again cd 15. The egg is around for 24 hours right? And sperm can live up to 5 days inside so I think you’re still good!

MrsJR919 :  Fingers crossed for you! This is my first cycle off BC this year where it looks like I am ovulating. I have been taking my BBT and doing OPK also. I hate OPK’s though. I have yet to get a + but fortunately my temps are looking good.

I think it’s estimated it for then becasue of your temp dip – my app did the same thing to me this cycle … but i think it was wrong! Clearly shows you did O at least.

I would guess CD13 is when you O.

I switched over to the clearblue ovulation kits (currently pregnant) because the wondo’s can be a bit confusing if your temp isn’t really clear.

I’m actually going to agree (with your chart) on CD14.  Temps are only one piece of the puzzle sometimes (and CD13 is not a guarantee at that temp anyway) and you have EWCM and a positive OPK on CD14.   CD14 is still in line with your early temps and CD15 is a better rise. LOL I didn’t know “sex position” was something you could record. haha!

So all that is to say..while CD13 could possibly be O day based on temps alone I’m going to say CD14 when looking at all the evidence.  Which is probably why your chart agrees and has picked CD14 as O day

CD 14 looks more accurate to me.

I would guess you ovulated CD 14 as well. If this is not your month, based on my research, the most important days to hit are 2 days before O, 1 day before O and then day of O. In fact the Impatient Woman’s Guide to Getting Pregnant says 2 days and 1 day before O are more fertile than day of O.

Having said that, you did hit fertile days no matter when you O’d, so you definitely have a good chance this cycle!

CD 14 is most likely accurate – both with your temps as well as positive OPK. The Fertility Awareness Method/TCOYF says that ovulation is noted with a rise in temp that is higher than the previous 6 temperatures. Because you are missing a few from CD 5-8, you really can’t rely on CD 14’s rise to confirm ovulation. For that reason alone, I would strongly agree that CD14 is correct.

Also, you can’t rely on a “dip” to signify O. Plenty of women do not get a temp dip – and the only reason you do is from a rise in estrogen. When you’re ovulating, estrogen plays a part but you really rely on LH surging to release the egg from the follicle. So I wouldn’t even consider CD12 as a possible O day.
