I’m not a mom yet but I’ve used them while nannying and I am a big fan. I love that they feel solid and easy to grip, have no chemicals and they hold up really well. The sleeves can be a little tough to get on and off, but it’s not annoying enough to discourage use of the bottles. I also love that they can transition from bottle to sippy to water bottle so you really get a lot of use out of them.

Are you planning on breast feeding? With the kids I watched, mom breast fed exclusively while the babes were really little and drinking 4oz or less so they only needed the 9oz bottles.  I would definitely use the bottles myself and am actually planning on doing so when Darling Husband and I have kids.

Where did you happen to see them online? It can be tough to find them at an affordable price.

ETA: I forgot to add that mom did eventually buy some 4oz bottles for when the kids were learning to hold the sippy cups themselves. She didn’t have that many though since she also had a few other sippies in the rotation and the kids had no problem holding the 9oz size.
