@hilarycole:  A few girls have gotten theirs from there.

The quality isn’t great, but it’ll work if you only plan on wearing it for the ceremony, then take it off!

I got my first veil form that site – very affordable and great service. The quality was pretty poor – but you get what you pay for and if you only need to wear it for a little while it makes sense not to spend too much on it Laughing

We also purchased 3 flower girl dresses form lighinthebox.com and I was really surprised at how well they were constructed and finished. They were really good quality which honestly shocked me.

I personally cannot fault the service and postage etc. I had no dramas at all with either of my orders. Hight recomend them!

@hilarycole:  I got a slip from them and had a horrible experience.  It had a steel hoop in the bottom that, at the time, was not yet noted in the product description.  The hoop made it unwearable with my gown.  Even though they posted and claimed to offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed on the ad next to the slip, that was not their policy. I immediately called them and emailed them, and explained their product description was inaccurate in a way that made the product unusable to me. I had to go through two weeks worth of emails and calls to get a refund.

They only offered me one after I posted a scathing review online.  They basically gave me my money back because they wanted to bribe me to take down my bad review.  If they bribe people to remove bad reviews, essentially their review system is garbage and can’t be trusted. They offer cheap products and terrible service.

If I were you, I’d buy something from a company with better customer service.  I do large amounts of shopping online and they are the only company I have ever had a bad experience with.  I’d try something else.

@hilarycole:  I have gotten two bridesmaid dresses there and their quality is higher than I expected. A friend of mine got her veil there and the tulle was a bit stiffer than others but for the ceremony and pics, it worked well and was fine.

@hilarycole:  I had a gown form them it was def a nice gown for the price … make sure you don’t assume anything though

my friend ordered a dress for me with beading assuming cuase the photos was in the same colour as the beading that it would be the colour of the dress it was a silver beadwork on royal blue dress very tacky looking …. we had to take it and have all the beading taken off

I wore the gown it was lovely the zipper was sticky though so be aware you may need to replace the zipper also DO NOT OVER SIZE …. my friend thought it would be a good idea to add a few inches to my custom gown (LOL clearly she does not understand how sizing a dress works lol) long story shot it had to be brought in alot she ordered it liek 2-3 sizes to big for me after i lost 10lbs lol assuming i might gain lol

that being said the fabric was lovely it look beautiful and i felt amazing in it i would say if you size it right and read the write up make sure you know how long the train is (she didnt check if it had a train my train was longer then hers till we cut it off lol)

they are safe to go with

I bought a bracelet from them, was nice but quality wasn’t up to my expectations. I bought the little boxes for favours and they were great! Great paper quality. And I also bought two garters and they were so cheap and flimsy looking. I have a tiny leg, adn they are soooo tight!

I would try and buy the veil, but don’t expect the same quality as a 300$ veil.

I bought some shoes from there and they were OK.   They were dance shoes and you could pick the heel you wanted.

@hilarycole:  i got a bolero from them for like $30 and i LOVED it. I did have to have it tailored but that should not be an issue with your veil…i hope?

@hilarycole:  I love them and they are super comfortable!  Plus, theyhave rubber on the bottom so I am not worried about slipping to my death down the aisle.  THey came on time and in the correct size.  It was the first time I ordered anything online 🙂
