If it’s not accompanied by pain, it stays light and pink, the odds that your pregnancy will continue are quite high. Spotting is VERY normal.

I had one or two drops of blood before 6 weeks mixed in with cervical mucus — mine was brown. I noticed it twice during a week span, and that was it. It did stop.

You’ll see many women freaking out about it, but then they go on to relate their providers’ concerns very calmly, like, “My doctor said it’s no big deal and that it happens a lot/ it’s only a worry when it’s bright red, painful and there are clots.”

totally normal assuming it stays light and isn’t accompanied by cramping. However, some people do have heavier bleeding and that doesn’t necessarily mean anything is wrong. Good luck, I am sure everything is fine!
